Registration and
Payment
Payment must accompany
all registration forms and can be made by company check, personal check, or purchase
order. Checks or money orders must be in U.S. funds
and payable to School District of Palm Beach County and in the footnote write MATCHMAKER.
Forms received without payment will not be processed. |
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or by email
and received by September 4, 2007. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Registration fees will be
forfeited for any person who does not cancel by the September 4th deadline. No partial refund
will be given for functions not attended. |
Program Changes
Conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to
the conference agenda or with presenters. In the unlikely event this conference
is cancelled, School District of Palm Beach County liability is limited to refund
of registration fees only. |
